Summer Fish Tacos

Last week, my mom made fish tacos. I'm usually not a big fan of fish, but there is just something about eating it with homemade guacamole, freshly chopped tomato/mango, and a splash of lemon juice that makes it that much more appealing.

(Wild Rockfish used here.)


{chopped tomato/mango with a pinch of sea salt}

{guacamole: one avocado + lemon juice + sea salt}

Oh~ I wonder how these taste. I haven't been able to cook salty things with sweet things and make them taste decent.
