Change of Heart

top: Lush via Nordstrom Anniversary Sale

Lately, I've been experiencing a lot of long days, and if you personally know me, you will have seen this first hand through my attire. These days, I've been resorting to jeans/jeggings, and very basic tops. As I think back to high school, and how I would dress up every day, I envy my 18-year old self, as the old me had much more motivation to get up at 5:45am to look good for school.

In an attempt to salvage what I have left of my motivation to look more polished, I've been in search of fancier tops that I can pair with the comfortable bottoms I already have. Here is one I found the other day.

I like the flower in your hair! And I feel you on the jeans thing - although I must say, I'm 18 and I've never had the motivation to wake up at 5:45 to look good for school... so impressive. Haha thanks for the comment on my blog! x

It's awesome that you can still fit into clothes from high school. I went through a lot of stages with clothes. I wasn't really fashionable in high school (though I wore a lot of heels). In the last few years of college I started dressing a bit fancier but now I've been really liking shorts + interesting tshirt. Regression?

Your top is really cute but I think the hair flower makes it unique.

I think it's pretty dope that you can fit in clothes from high-school, If the whole world could do that everyone would have soooo many clothes. <3 You look fab as usual.
